In the “Order Notes” section, please include:

- Top song choice for Violinist (You may choose your own song or pick one from the list)
- Your personal message to the addressee
- Your name
- The method you would like the video sent (if via text, include their phone #; if via email, include their email and what you’d like in the Subject line)
